What does a full report cost?
₹99 for this report. One payment unlocks one project's full report for your account, and it stays yours to read for good. There is no subscription, no pass and nothing that renews or expires.
What is a full report?
Every project's report is public: sales, money, construction, approvals, location and the developer's record are free for everyone. A full report also opens the sections we have read from the project's filed documents and verified, each figure cited to its page: Valuation, Contract & costs and Title & ownership, wherever a project has them.
What if a project has little verified yet?
A section is paid only once we have verified enough of it for that project. Until then it is free, shows whatever we have verified, and lets you ask to be told when more is verified. A project with nothing paid has no unlock at all: the whole report is free.
Do I need an account?
The map, every layer and every project card work without one. Filtering and shortlisting need a free account. The map itself stays free. Signing up takes an email and a code, and costs nothing.
Is there a free trial?
No. New accounts are not given a trial. The map is free and a full report is ₹99. An account created earlier keeps the trial or pass it already had until it ends, and every report it opened stays readable.
What happened to Premium?
Premium passes and the 3-month plan are no longer sold. If you bought one, it runs to its end date and the full reports left in it can still be used. Every report you unlocked, with a pass or by paying, stays yours to read.
Can I get a refund?
Purchases are final. The only exceptions: a payment that fails but is still debited is reversed automatically by your bank or gateway, and a duplicate charge for the same order is refunded. See the refund & cancellation policy for the full detail.
